How we handle your information

When you request a quote, we collect the name, phone number or email address, project type, and project details you choose to provide.

How it is used

We use this information to respond to your request, discuss the project, prepare estimates, schedule work, and maintain ordinary business records. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.

Who can access it

Quote requests are stored in a private inbox available only to authorized Next Level Tile & Marble account holders and the systems needed to operate and protect the website.

Website analytics

We collect limited first-party website statistics such as pages viewed, referral source, campaign labels, general device and browser type, and approximate city, region, and country. We use a daily rotating pseudonymous identifier to estimate unique visitors. Raw IP addresses and full browser identifiers are not stored, analytics are not sold or shared for advertising, and browser Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals are honored.

Retention and requests

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the request, the customer relationship, legal obligations, and business records. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information, use the quote form and write “Privacy request” in the project details.

Security

We use reasonable technical safeguards to protect submitted information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
